Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 8–9 a.m.
Functional Fitness is a fitness class for women 40+ looking to maintain or increase their level of fitness while enjoying encouragement from upbeat music and each other. It will have a combination of strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility exercises designed to maximize function with modifications provided to ensure safety for all participants.
There is no cost for this class and no registration is necessary. Just show up!
